Surrounded is just a crap perk, it only gets any press on ikelos because its the only damage perk but it's pretty damn inconsistent and awkward to proc. Demolitionist is miles better. This gun also really needs Seraph rounds to be top tier, as they grant a hidden range increase (like the pre-nerf Ricochet rounds) as well as the other benefits.
Is it even worth to farm for Ikelos smg as of right now? I've done over probably 40 runs of seraph shield since season of the witch and have gotten ONE SINGULAR IKELOS SMG. It doesn't matter if you get the first shot in with the IKELOS, or even Tarrabah, and don't miss the following shots. Immortal, even with super low stability, is basically an instant kill. But they're specifically nerfing IKELOS. Its stats and TTK aren't even close to Immortal. Why.
Brigand's law wants to synergize with its origin perk in melee, Ikelos wants to be a bit further away and exploit rangefinder. Also yeah that thing is definitely not the easiest to control on console so stability helps haha. Ikelos is technically better, but just use what feels better for you. Ikelos is objectively better.
