May 12, 2020 · The desert loot crates on Ragnarok are considered Deep Sea Loot Crates. When on scorched these were found exclusivly in the desert. On ragnarok there is an "Ocean" so they are able to spawn in the ocean, so its not that they are not spawning, its just that they are more than likely spawning in the ocean.

If you've swapped the server to Rag recently, it takes a while for them to start spawning in. Took my server about three in game days to start spawning them.
