Polaris ranger will turn over but won.

I bought a new battery. Stock was 14ah battery, I installed a 21ah battery. The motor still turns over slow. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. If turned off and back on soon after the pump will not run if the pressure is still there.

You should be able to take a small wire connected to your POSITIVE battery terminal and touch the small wire terminal from the starter on the solenoid and fire the starter up. If the pump is getting power but still don't spool up when you cycle the key, then the pump is bad.
