I got this code about a year ago and replaced the knock sensor myself since it was easy and I am not very good with fixing cars.Since the failure is Heater circuit 'low', that indicates the heating element is open, not shorted. It MAY still be an intermittent heating element in the oxygen sensor, but this can also be a poor connection. I would check the connector at the front oxygen sensor to ensure it's plugged in and seated. CEL popped up during a 4.5 hour highway trip. Read code as a P0303 (misfire cylinder 3). I cleared the code to reset the CEL and to see if the same code re-appeared again. Approximately .400 miles later it did re-appear along with a P0304 (misfire cylinder 4). I do feel a shutter at around 1800 RPM particularly while decelerating under light load.
